The COVID-19 virus took the world by surprise, and the first response has been disjointed, focused on the limited options that can be implemented in the short term. Our goal is to take the long view—how do we prepare for the next pandemic? Beyond C-19, looks for an integrated set of strategies that lead people and organizations to be agile and resilient. It is based on a simple assumption, that human beings find isolation threatening and our DNA makes us social animals. When a threat arises, we need to be agile and strategic with our response. Beyond C-19 focuses on four building typologies - WORK, LIVE, LEARN and PLAY. It also includes six GLOBAL findings which will affect all four of the typologies. Our hope, is that by looking at the problem holistically, we can be better prepared for whatever the future might hold.
